Hi everyone, my name is Heather known as Algera online.
Welcome if you are visiting here via Stamping Ground Blogspot
If you wish to find out more about WOYWW
please check them out and join in the fun.
I am an eclectic crafter and am so happy to share my first
What's On Your Wordesk? WOYWW 192 with you all today.
I have been enjoying looking at many of the blogs over the last few weeks.
I Love both Digital and handmade Scrapbooking, card making and crafting.
Also photography, a little jewellery making, stamping and arty projects.
I tend to flit from one Idea to another, just loving the freedom creativity brings.
My workdesk for physical (handmade) crafting is an old table.
It belonged to my grandparents and is in our office/craft room.
The Key To Love is a small framed project for our dining room I have just completed...
I began with some plain white card stock,
which I embossed and cut out in an arched shape.
Using a sponge with distress Inks by Tim Holtz.
which I embossed and cut out in an arched shape.
Using a sponge with distress Inks by Tim Holtz.
(Antique Linen, Tumbled Glass and chipped Saphire). I built up the colour.
On a seperate sheet 7x5
I used just the Antique Linen and Tumbled Glass.
Stamping onto the design I used kaiser Craft (Le Chateau Collection).
I also Incorporated some Images I printed off digitally from my Enchanted kit.
and a metal key from Creative Expression.
Lace bows tied by hand using recycled ribbon from favour boxes
at our wedding, also some lace at base of arch.
Layered and arranged then placed in a recycled Box frame that I had.
* I am starting some cards now building up stock as lots
of Birthdays etc ahead for family and friends.
Will get the camera out and capture what's happening,
maybe not my Ink stained hands though x
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoyed the visit
Have a Great week Heather x

Hi Heather,
Welcome to WOYWW, and know that I'm often late getting around to people. I sit at the computer for short-ish periods work my way through the list of lovely folk like you who visit me. Then I visit a few more.
You've put a lovely piece together with the subtle contrasts in blues and the sweet picture of the angel and moon.
Thanks for leaving me a message too.
Cheers,
